Property Description

RARE OPPORTUNITY TO OWN A TWO ACRE, LAKEFRONT PROPERTY IN METRO ATLANTA! This gorgeous lakefront property is fully wooded and ready for you to make it your own. Build a dock and bring your boat or canoe. One acre is directly on Lake Sorrento's only hidden cove, and the other acre is on a spring-fed creek. The entire property has stunning long-range lake views, and granite rock outcrops add to its natural beauty. Lake Sorrento is part of beautiful Lake Capri and is located in the Paces Landing Subdivision, only a couple miles from I-20. The lake is very quiet, and is restricted to electric motors, perfect for fishing, canoeing, and sunset cruises on your pontoon boat. An old perk test is on file, and there are two, possibly three, elevated building sites. Many creative options are possible for development of this large parcel. There is approximately 263 feet of waterfront, and 240 feet on spring-fed creek. This property has not been offered for sale in almost 40 years. Don`t miss out! Let us introduce you to our preferred builders! All offers will be considered.
